The equipment is mainly used for the end post treatment of medical plastic catheter. The device is composed of three positions: clamping assembly, die clamping assembly and coil heating assembly. The device is compact in structure, including composite welding, butt, pipe end fillet, sealing and tip forming. The die is heated by electromagnetic induction, and the tube is clamped and pushed into the die with a cylinder to make the end of the tube formed. Users can input parameters through the touch screen to adjust the process.

The structure mainly includes: the mechanical part is composed of the frame, the claw cylinder, the slide cylinder, the heating coil, the air source, the pressure precision adjustment and so on. The electric part consists of PLC integrated machine, stepper motor, switching power supply, heating module and so on.
