1. Application and Features

This Catheter Tipping Machine is primarily utilized for post-processing the ends of medical plastic catheters. Specifically, it adopts manual feeding and consists of three key components: the clamping component, the sink component, and the high-frequency heating component. Moreover, the equipment features a compact structure, enabling it to perform multiple post-processing tasks such as welding and butting composite materials, rounding the pipe ends, sealing them, and forming the tip.

To elaborate, the mold is heated via high-frequency induction, while the cylinder is employed to clamp and push the pipe into the mold for forming. Additionally, users are able to input parameters and adjust the processing procedures directly via the touch screen interface, ensuring flexible control over the production process.
